(WORKSHOP ATTENDEES HAD THE CHANCE TO WORK IN GROUPS TO DISCUSS THEIR JOURNEY TOWARDS OUTCOMES MEASUREMENT)

During the workshop attendees had the opportunity to measure their organisation’s readiness to outcomes measurement. Doing so lead to the exploration of the steps required to practically applying outcomes measurement as a business process within their organisation.

A key takeaway from the workshop was the benefits that measuring your outcomes can bring to your organisation. Measuring your impact can assist in prioritising goals and resource allocation.

Another key takeaway was how technology platforms can ease the burden of measuring your social outcomes.
